This is one of those paintings I had put aside for too long. I finally decided to finish it and spent this sunny Sunday hard at work putting the final touches to it.

As Voldemort's artifact deforms reality, the initially neutral environment turns into frightening shapes.

Drastan accidentally steps out of the path laid by Tamina and triggers the collapsing of the sand chamber. After a series of acrobatics, the prince performs a final backflip to cross a chasm and pursues his journey to save the world.

The Green Lantern

Early concepts to establish a visual identity for the Green Lantern's super-powers, halo, space-travelling... I took inspiration from tesla coil, lightning, nebulas, and also fire and holographic elements... all the aforementioned to be eventually turned green that is.
